Return policy gives you 30 days from the day you receive your purchase to submit a return request.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange if 31 days have passed since you got the item.
We accept the return of products that were shipped out by us and if the item is damaged, defective or in wrong specification, and if there is a case of missing parts of order.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Gift cards, some digital software goods, and various health and personal care items are additional non-returnable items.
In the event that you receive a damaged, faulty, or the incorrect item(s), please contact us and describe the issue with a photo of the packing, a clearly visible tracking number, and a photo of the received item.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] within 30 days from the arrival date. We are willing to assist you as long as you reply and follow our requests, but if you did not reply to us within 3 days from our last email and 30 days passed, your request will be rejected.
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method.
The majority of banking institutions will handle the return in an average of 3-5 business days, but it can take longer. Before contacting us, please let your banking institution up to 7 business days to show the refund on your statement. We advise getting in touch with your credit card company for additional details.
